Processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; estimated times are shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong and you report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund. For other eligible returns, you pay return shipping.
