How long will my order take?
Each item is packed and shipped by one of our trusted partners, so most orders arrive within several business days. Busy seasons like the holidays can add a little time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders $70 and up. Express shipping is $15.
Why did my order come in more than one box?
Our items ship from different partner warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in separate boxes on different days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also check your order from the Account page.
What's your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
