Shipping rates (U.S.)

Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more
Express shipping: $15.00

Some items ship free no matter your order total. When an item ships free, you'll see it at checkout. Your exact shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Most orders are processed within a few business days (not counting weekends and holidays).
Delivery usually takes several business days after your order ships.
Some items ship from overseas partner warehouses and can take longer.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Your order may arrive in more than one box

Our products are shipped by partner suppliers from different warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. This is normal, and you won't pay extra for split packages.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information when each item ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder, then email us.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Because orders go to our suppliers quickly, we can't always change an address once an order is processed, but we'll do our best to help.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Tracking says delivered but you can't find it? Check around your home and with neighbors, and give it one business day, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Then email us with your order number.
No tracking updates for a while? Email us and we'll check with the supplier and carrier.
We'll work with the carrier to sort it out and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Damaged on arrival

If something arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the item and email us as soon as you can. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are always handled at no cost to you.
